By Virtue of Patience

Though the candle burns at both ends it will not last the night, but ahh my foes and ohh my friends it bleeds a lovely light.

Please hold onto your youthful nature. It is the only thing that sustains us. Some subvsersive force is constantly stalking us, making us pattern ourselves after everyone who has come before us in some devious fashion, hammering us into submission like a carpenter with a nail. Like a struggling band, keep your ideals close to the vest. Play your songs and don't give a shit about the opinions cast in your direction. For not only is our time precious, it is useful. When God calls us to action, we should answer with a thunderous response. We should do it without hesitation and without regret. There's no need to stand in the spotlight, but there is a need to be forthright with ourselves and accentuate that which makes us who we are. Let it be nuclear. Let it torch the world, and scar the very face of existence. We do what we plan to do. Every move you make leaves a wrinkle in the fabric of time. There is no outside force which pilots our ship, if we don't let it. We are the captain of our own vessel and it goes where we direct it. We continously beat our heads against the wall trying to make a path which is selected only for ourselves. Continue to do so, because redemption comes to those who stay true to themselves, yet patience is the formative factor. Even when life feels like a housefire, you can escape it. You can let go of all that is seemingly important to you only because the forward motion is all that matters. Live in the "is" and not in the "was." Okay enough of this shit. I wish things made sense and people would come to it.

Patience...don't let me down.
