A few things:
A) "Silver City" by Ghostland Observatory is the zenith of machine music. Never will there be a better song written with the use of a machine or computer. It is completely perfect and cannot be improved upon in any way. The pinnacle has been reached. ANYWAY....
2) No matter how old you are, your parents' perception of you will ALWAYS be as your 12-year-old self, and you will have to accept this. Despite any efforts at relating to them how old and wise and mature you've grown, you will still have to endure treatment in some form or another as if you were 12 years old. Even when you deliver to them an excrutiating point-by-point narrative breakdown that explains how you are, presently, at an older age than they were when they gave birth to you. Doesn't matter. You are twelve and helpless...and you always will be.
C) Absence makes the heart grow fonder.
D) Life is one big super-acid-freak-fucked-awesome-love-hate-hot-cold-eye-popping-curse-filled-lazy-Sunday-afternoon-in-the-park.
E) Christmas wrapping-paper is my kryptonite. It. Fucking. Owns. Me.
